New album underway

We’re taking the foot off the gas for a few months this winter, lightening our tour schedule to “can” another chart topping record.  We’ve been after it since early 2014, and progress is about at the halfway mark.  You’ll hear tunes like The Party Suite and Strangest Things on this one… along with some old favorites like Parker Padgett Blackout.  We can’t spoil all the surprises, but you can bet we’ll be going all out with lots of guest musicians and unusual instrumentation: we have plans to use an 1800’s Victrola  and of course several Moog effects and probably a few songs with full strings arrangements.  Stay tuned!  We hope to drop this one in 2015…
